This is a Video Production used by organizations with the objective to build up an understanding of the reaction and thinking of senior managers to organisational activities.

The idea would be to produce a video acting as a forum where managers are able to provide informational cross-feedback to other departments and managers. It may be for a project or an end-of-year assessment to be used to give executive management a snap-shot of how their senior management perceive situations etc. Central to this would be positive but realistic statements from those being interviewed.

The length of such piece might be anywhere from 5-8 minutes in length using one-line reactions or statements from managers across the organization.
